Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
